  Awful customer service. I assumed, like all other gas stations Ive ever been to, that after paying first with my card, whatever money I did not spend towards gas would go back on to my card. I asked for $40 on a pump and spent only $22 of it, but after looking at my bank account the full $40 had gone through.
  
  I called the gas station, and after a few moments of looking, they said they had no record of my purchase, even after I had given them the exact time the transaction was made, as well as the last four numbers of my card. Despite this, the person I was speaking to said he would explain the situation to his manager and I could come pick up my money the next day while the manager was working.
  
  When I went in the next day, I walked up to the manager and said "Hello, I am here to pick up the 18 dollars." Simon, the manager I spoke to, said "Oh, the money that you left here" in a very condescending manor. Again, I explained the situation, admitting that I could have made a mistake of assuming that the money would just go back on my card as it does with other gas stations. Again he said "....Okay, so the money that you left here" still speaking with a condescending tone". I said, "I do not appreciate being spoken to in a condescending manor, can I please just have my money." Simon replied "I am a manager, I don't think I said anything wrong." I replied "I am also a manager, and I would never treat my customers like this". He continued to yell at me while handing me my money, and I just walked out of the store.
  
  I am in complete disgust that someone who calls himself a manager would treat a customer like this. I was very respectful, even so admitting that I may have made a mistake, yet I was treated like I was stupid, and with such disrespect and hate. I just hope in writing/ someone reading this review that no one is ever treated like this in the future.
