  I’ve been going to this bank for almost two years and never get communication. No “hi how’s your day?”
  They all just grab your deposit and act like you’re not standing there.
  Today I had to wait ten minutes for change and they let someone else who wasn’t in line go before me. The teller claimed it was for commercial only, a separate line that no one mentioned to me. Mind you, I’m getting change for a company, so wasting my time every other morning; if the communication skills were here I wouldn’t be writing this.
