  Worst company! Unfortunately I had no choice to have them deliver my product. I ordered an item from Sams Club and it was delivered through this freight company. I received a call to set up a delivery time which I was TOLD I HAD TO BE THERE TO ACCEPT AND INSPECT. Never mind the fact the lady on the phone told me it’s coming on a 40’ semi and if the driver can’t drive down your street, he won’t deliver it. Really? Fire trucks are just as big and maneuver just fine down my street. So I asked what happens if the driver won’t deliver it? Her reply “we’ll cross that bridge when we get to it”. Great customer service-NOT!! Then she proceeded to make fun of my street name. Who does that?! They said they would call me when they were en-route. NEVER reveived a phone call on the day of my delivery. Came home to find my items laying at my curb and they left their shipping materials in the road. They let the neighbor sign for my purchase. I called and left a message for a manger to call me back. Not holding my breath on that call either. I think I’ll take the mess they left on my street and drop it off at their door! LIVID AND DISGUSTED!

  Shippement at there dock for 2 weeks could not tell me why and wanted to back charge to pickup today customer service was rude and hung up on me
