  Helpful, honest and professional staff. Sam went out of his way to help me which I truly appreciate. I've been going to this particular store since they opened and it stands out amongst T-Mobile stores for it's extremely friendly and personable service I have never gone in there with an issue they haven't been able to resolve or point me in the correct direction to get it resolved.
