  I actually live here. I've lived here since 2009 with my mom and then moved around the block and got my own place. Now my husband and my son live here. I honestly don't have complaints other than getting letters over hearsay and petty things neighbors may complain about or report. This place cares more about image than anything. However, none of what was said was true. They don't allow dogs, cats or any pets except a goldfish here. They've fixed so far everything I requested other than the door. It's cheaper than most places and its a good location (other than the fact Taylor Public schools are terrible). The issue is the Westminster Apartments located right next to the cooperative. There's usually some drama and drug related things occurring over there. Most incidents that occur are because of something that happened over there. Other than that, no complaints really.
