  Backround checks for neighborhoods that are crappy. Also expects good credit which is dumb because people with good credit BUY houses NOT rent them. The only thing a property management company should care about is the renter being able to pay rent on time for the legnth of their lease. Also to make sure that the renter is not damaging property. Hell half the things this property Management group is looking for is everything but EVICTIONS!
